R. Paul Mehlman
Mr. Mehlman is a partner at Landmark Partners, a private equity and real estate investment company. Landmark manages over $6 billion of investment capital on behalf of a select group of institutional investors. Mr. Mehlman is engaged in transaction origination, valuation, and negotiation of real estate secondary transactions.
Verdun S. Perry
Mr. Perry is a Director at Credit Suisse, a world-leading financial services firm. Mr. Perry joined Credit Suisse’s private equity investment group in 2001 and has been involved in over $1 billion of secondary transactions. His current responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating and executing secondary transactions and co-investments, as well as various fund monitoring activities.
