David Bourne, Chairman – Mr. Bourne co-founded Equastone, is Chairman of its Board of Managers and sits on the Investment Committee of each fund. Mr. Bourne has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and is a frequent speaker and contributing writer on commercial real estate investment topics. Mr. Bourne is a BSc graduate of the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (England) where he studied Marketing and Finance, and has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 1986.
