Jeffrey J. Hawkins – Executive Vice President. Mr. Hawkins is responsible for fund development, fund management, marketing, reporting and investor relations and is a member of Equastone’s Investment Committee.  Mr. Hawkins has over 16 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting and financial services.

Prior to joining Equastone, Mr. Hawkins worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. and in mergers and acquisitions at Deutsche Bank Securities, where he provided investment banking services such as debt and equity offerings and capital transaction structuring for private equity firms and public corporations.  Prior to his career in investment banking, Mr. Hawkins worked in the financial services group at Accenture LTD (Andersen Consulting) where he designed and implemented investment reporting, accounting and financial systems for a variety of financial services firms.  He earned a BS in Engineering from Cal-Poly, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
