Ronald A. Lack – Executive Vice President, Asset Management. Mr. Lack is responsible for all properties in California, Arizona, Nevada and Oregon, including asset and property management, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. He has over 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry across all the major markets in the west and southwest.

Prior to joining Equastone, Mr. Lack was Vice President of Asset Management at WCB Properties where he oversaw the asset and property management, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of a two million square foot investment portfolio. Mr. Lack has also overseen the leasing of two and a half million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties on behalf of Charles Dunn Company and Shuwa Management Corporation. He is a graduate of California State University Fullerton where he earned a degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate.
