Bryan Marsh, Senior Vice President, Asset Management – Mr. Marsh is Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Equastone where he is responsible for all property management, leasing, operations, construction, and dispositions for Equastone’s portfolio of 4.3 million square feet of Class A office space located in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Marsh has been in the commercial real estate industry for 25 years and he has completed deals in more than 250 cities and 15 states. Prior to joining Equastone, he was a Vice President with RREEF where he oversaw the company’s office portfolio in Dallas and Austin and industrial projects in Dallas, Houston, Oklahoma City and Tulsa which consisted of 59 buildings totaling 5.9 million square feet with over 300 tenants. Previously, Mr. Marsh was with Catellus Development Corporation for 13 years where he supervised the asset management and dispositions for 800 properties located in the Midwest and Southwest United States.

Mr. Marsh has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1984. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Real Estate and Finance.
