Mark Oemcke - Chief Financial Officer - Mr. Oemcke is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and investor relations matters for Equastone. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial reporting and financial services industries.

Prior to joining Equastone, Mr. Oemcke was Chief Operating Officer for Pacific Corporate Group, LLC, an SEC-registered private equity investment advisor with over $15 billion in assets under management. Mr. Oemcke’s expertise spans public accounting, investment management, broker-dealer operations, institutional reporting, strategic planning, joint-venture relationships, treasury and credit management. Mr. Oemcke is a CPA and CFP. He graduated from the University of San Diego, where he earned his BBA in Accounting.
