Todd S. Parker – Executive Vice President, Asset Management. Mr. Parker is responsible for all properties in Colorado and surrounding metropolitan areas, including asset and property management, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. He has over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, which includes managing office, industrial, flex and medical office properties and land planning, entitlement and development.

Prior to joining Equastone, Mr. Parker was Vice President, Office Services Group, at Grubb & Ellis Company in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Parker was responsible for negotiating commercial leases and property sale transactions. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis Company, he was Vice President and Project Manager at Parker Realty and Construction, Inc. in Florida where he was responsible for securing development contracts and managing construction projects. Mr. Parker has also closed and funded construction loans for ITT Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate finance company. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a BA degree in Real Estate & Urban Economics.
