Robert Plaisted, Vice President, Controller – Mr. Plaisted is responsible for all accounting, reporting, tax and compliance matters.  Mr. Plaisted has over 22 years experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry.

Mr. Plaisted began his real estate career with The Hahn Company, where he worked for 13 years as an Internal Auditor, Assistant Controller, Disposition Manager and Manager of Market Research and Financial Analysis. His subsequent positions included Property Controller for Burnham Pacific Properties and Controller for Sunrise Management.  Mr. Plaisted is a CPA and a graduate of San Diego State University, where he earned an MBA and a BS in Accounting.
