Rana Prasad, Vice President, Business Development and Executive Vice President of Equastone Securities – Mr. Prasad is responsible for capital raising, developing and structuring Equastone’s investment offerings and maintaining investor relationships. Mr. Prasad has over 12 years of experience in the consulting and financial services industry.

Before joining Equastone, Mr. Prasad served as vice president of institutional sales for Twenty-First Securities, where he focused on marketing sophisticated hedged investments and arbitrage strategies to a broad array of investors.  Prior to that, Mr. Prasad was a senior consultant for Ernst & Young where he worked with corporate executive teams to design and implement large scale financial and operational systems.  Also, he was previously involved in starting several entrepreneurial ventures. Mr. Prasad received his BS degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Systems Engineering with a concentration in Finance and Management and holds Series 7, 24 and 63 Securities Licenses.
