Kirt Rimpela, Vice President, Asset Management – Mr. Rimpela is responsible for day to day property operations. Mr. Rimpela currently oversees asset and property management, leasing, capital improvements and dispositions for over 3.8 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Gulf Coast region which covers Texas, Georgia, and Louisiana. Mr. Rimpela has over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining Equastone, Mr. Rimpela served as the regional portfolio manager responsible for asset management functions including overseeing capital improvement programs and third party property managers. Mr. Rimpela earned his BBA degree in Accountancy and Taxation from the University of Houston.
